We have 6 Mondays until Christmas! Can you believe it!

Going into December this year we are already booked 65% more than we were last year which means with all of the Christmas and Valentines Day engagements we are likely to be booked solid before season even starts!! So Exciting!!

Looking at and comparing all of the venues and sampling all of the cake is one of the most fun parts of planning a wedding. I remember when I was engaged I spent an entire day in Tulsa going from venue to venue looking at what everyone had to offer. Back then there wasn't near as many venues as there is now, so I can not imagine how time consuming it is roaming all over Oklahoma looking at Venues.

After a while I am sure we all start to sound and look the same. So let me give you a few take aways as to why we may be the perfect fit for you!

Location. Centrally located, McAlester ( we are located 20 minutes North) is a hub for a lot of North Texas and Northeastern Oklahoma Brides. We are a little over an hr and half from Tulsa, Sherman, Ft Smith, and all the surrounding areas.

The View: I may be bias, but I don't think you can beat it. I often find myself saying, I know we are a little off the beaten path but you can't find these views in a city. We are surrounded by the lake, every which way you look. Outside, inside, walking down the sidewalk. You can't miss it! With Lake Eufaula being one of the largest man made lakes we are blessed we get to call a little slice of it home.

The Barn: Our timber frame monitor style barn is the perfect style and size for all events. Built from cedars and barnwood from a century year old barn out of Arkansas it is the perfect mix of new and old! When you walk through the doors you instantly feel the charm. With it's 25' foot ceilings, picture windows, and a hidden loft the barn makes for the perfect backdrop of any reception! It can comfortbale hold up to 175 inside with overflow on the back patios!

The Ceremony Space: Just this past spring we came in and did an expansive remodel of the ceremony space, we re did the deck, opened up the chair space, and made a longer aisle for those brides who wish to walk from the house! You can now walk right out of the double doors of the bridal suite and down to the arbor. We are still working on sprucing this area up with flower boxes and landscaping so Spring 2025 brides lookout! It's going to be gorgeous!

The Inclusions: All of our brides when booking here have access to an array of inclusions. We do the first intial set up of all of our things which include 15 harvest tables, 165 chiavari chairs, all ceremony chairs, arbor, food tables, cake table, sweet heart table, and guest book table.

We also offer for an additional price an all inclusive decor package that has all of your china, stemware, flatware and more!

You will have one complimentary planning meeting that we schedule after you book that will help you get on your planning way! We go over budgets, vendors, catering and more!

The House: Our 4 bedroom venue house houses both the grooms room and the bridal suite. It has ample amount of space for your entire crew to hang out the day of the wedding and if you choose to add on lodging can sleep up to 14. This space is perfect for all of our full weekend brides who love to come in, relax, wake up, and get married!

The Price: With Saturday packages less than $5000 and off season Saturdays less than $4000 we have pacakges for every budget! Of if you are looking for a friday we have Fridays for less than $4000!

We also offer full all inclusive packages that include catering, florals, photo, cake, dj, and more!
